Robert A. Ferriman

HAVERHILL – Robert A. Ferriman, 67, longtime Haverhill resident, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021.

Bob was born in Boston on January 27, 1954. Son of the late William Ferriman and Theresa Williams. He had several careers through his life including being a Tractor Trailer Driver, Roofer, Asphalt Paving Services, Carpenter, Painter, Maintenance Person, Auto Repair, basically a Jack of All Trades. Bob’s activities included fishing, boating, cutting wood, sitting by the firepit, football and spending time being creative in his workshop. He was proud of keeping his home well maintained.

His surviving family members include his cherished wife Virginia (Scurio) Ferriman of Haverhill; loving children Monica Mercier and husband Dave of Haverhill, Danielle Ferriman of Haverhill, Natalie Ferriman of Haverhill, Bob Hanigan and wife Cacilda of Plymouth and Matthew Hannigan; siblings Carol Souza of Malden, Karen Tully of Medford, Barbara St. Hilaine of Berwick, ME, Gerry Armstrong and husband Ron of Sanford, ME and brother of the late William Ferriman; grandchildren Joshua Mercier, Benjamin Mercier, Noah Mercier, Jonah Mercier, David Mercier, Isabella Caggiano, Vinny Caggiano and Avery Hannigan.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 3, in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 S. Main Street, Haverhill from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. Services will follow beginning at 6:00 PM. Note to wear face coverings and social distancing measures will be in place. For guestbook, visit www.driscollcares.com
