Norman Williams Obituary

HAVERHILL - Norman Williams, 73, of Haverhill died peacefully at home with his loving wife by his side. November 26, 2021. He loved to spend time hunting, fishing and boating with his sons, grandchildren and lifelong friend Harlan Cheney. He enjoyed Holiday celebrations, and spending time with family and friends, chatting with his neighbors and walking in the park along Pentucket Lake.

He is survived by his wife of 53 yrs, Linda Williams, Son Raymond Williams, daughter-in-law Julie (Marshall) Williams, of Plaistow NH. Son Kevin Williams, daughter-in-law Belinda Williams, of Raymond NH, adopted daughter Sandra Mitton, son-in-law Greg Mitton and their children, of West Warwick, RI. His Grandchildren Christopher Williams, Merrimack NH, Maggie Williams, Plaistow NH, Katie Williams, Bethany Williams of Raymond NH, Kathleen Williams, of Plymouth NH, Stephanie Williams of Keene NH. His brothers Richard and Edward Williams of Rochester NH, sister Alma Duquette, Aunt Glenda Pearson, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Florence (Sargent)Williams, brothers Raymond, Robert Williams and sisters Mildred Hatt and Brenda Painten.

Services and internment will be private. Celebration of life will be planned for spring 2022. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Tough Warrior Princesses, 80 Munroe Street (PO Box 643), Amesbury, MA 01913.
