Francis D. Falcone, Sr.

HAVERHILL - Francis (Frank) Falcone, Sr., age 80, of Bradford, MA formerly of Everett, MA, passed away peacefully on Monday October 4, 2021.  He was born October 19, 1940 in Boston, MA. Frank served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany where he met the love of his life Hannelore Nutzel of Bayreuth, Germany. They married September 23, 1961 in Germany and returned to the States to raise their family.

Frank is survived by his wife of 60 years Hannelore (Nutzel) Falcone of Bradford, MA; his son Vincent Falcone and daughter-in-law Linda (Amato) Falcone of Woburn, MA and grandchildren Vincent Falcone Jr. and David Falcone of Woburn, MA; his son Francis Falcone Jr. and daughter-in-law Alice (Craigie) Falcone of North Reading, MA and grandchildren Michael and wife Sarah (Erlandson) Falcone and great-grand-daughter Piper Anne Falcone of Billerica, MA and grand-daughter Jane Falcone of Woburn, MA; and daughter Joanne Falcone and grandson Justin Falcone of Bradford, MA.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and cherished his time with his grandchildren.     

Frank was an avid Boston sports fan, a huge movie buff, and he was obsessed with The Three Stooges and making people laugh. He also enjoyed traveling, gambling and high stakes poker most of all.  

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 8, in Sacred Hearts Church, 165 S. Main, Haverhill at 10:30 AM. U.S. Army Honors will follow. Arrangements by Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 S. Main Street, Haverhill. For guestbook, visit www.driscollcares.com
