Alice Rodrigues

FALL RIVER - Alice Rodrigues, 88, of Fall River and Somerset, MA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at Kaplan Hospice House, Danvers, MA.

Alice was the daughter of the late John and Ermelinda (Correia) Rodrigues. She is predeceased by her siblings, Mary, Rose, John, Manuel, Joseph, Larry, George, and Edward. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. She was also the Godmother to Doris, Kyle, and Austin.

She graduated from Clark School for the deaf in Northhampton, MA. She was one of the founding members of the RI Senior Citizens. She was a member for over 25 years, 8 of which she was President. Alice loved to travel and organized yearly trips for senior citizens. Her favorites were Hawaii, Alaska, Canadian Rockies, Portugal, and many cruises to name a few.  Alice also loved to sew, cook, knit, garden do crafts, and jigsaw puzzles. Alice was communicant of Saint Dominic Church, Swansea, MA.

Funeral Mass of Chrisitan Burial will be celebrated on Friday, November 26, in Saint Dominic Church, 1277 GAR Highway Swansea, MA at 10:00 AM. Family and friends are welcome to attend.
